The goal of the Social Committee is to build a sense of community for all residents. Each month the committee works to create opportunities for residents - both renters and owners - to get to know each other, enjoy the recreational facilities in the building, and have some fun together.  

Areas of consideration for the committee are:

• Social events, such as First Fridays, a get-together planned for the first Friday of the month from 5:30 to 7:30 in the Hospitality Room.
• Special interest groups, such as the Book Club and other groups that residents might propose.
• Needs of the fitness room, pool and other recreational amenities that enhance the enjoyment of residents.

Residents who would like to join the Social Committee or make suggestions for the committee should contact the Social Committee chairperson.
