The Heritage is located at 130 North Garland Court, with our main entrance near Randolph Street. Garland Court is located one half block west of Michigan Avenue, directly west of the Cultural Center.
The Heritage residences and retail shops occupy the block bounded by Garland Court (E), Randolph (N), Wabash (W), and Washington (S).
PLEASE NOTE: Garland Court is one-way northbound, and can be accessed from Washington Street (one-way eastbound).

VISITORS:
Limited 15-minute parking is available in the diagonal loading zone at The Heritage entrance. Drivers are required to use flashers and notify the Front Desk staff. Violators are subject to City of Chicago towing and impound. Parking or standing is not permitted at any time on the east side of Garland Court.
DELIVERIES & MOVERS:
Parking in the Dock area is coordinated by the Receiving & Dock team. To ensure prompt service, residents are encouraged to alert the Receiving & Dock manager of expected deliveries at least 24 hours in advance. Moves in or out of The Heritage must be scheduled at least 1 week (preferably 2 weeks) in advance to ensure available parking in the Dock area.
HOURLY & EXTENDED:
Imperial Parking, located at 60 East Randolph (north side, between Michigan and Wabash). Public parking is available Monday - Saturday from 6:00 am to Midnight, and Sunday from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm.
