  • Manage day-to-day residential operations of the building
  • Oversee all staff departments
  • Collect & allocate funds
  • Serve as liaison between unit owners and the Board of Directors

    What We Do:
  • Secure all entrances and areas of the building
  • Announce guests and deliveries
  • Assist residents with carts and large carry-in items
  • Remedy unit lockout situations
  • Register & enforce non-resident access to units
  • Monitor vehicles parked temporarily in front of the building and in the garage
  • Hail taxicabs

    Who's In Charge: Heritage Cleaners
    Contact Us: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm; Saturday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
    (Receiving Office CLOSED daily from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm)
    What We Do:
  • Collect & register shipments, parcels and dry cleaning

    Who's In Charge: Cliff Haynes, Receiving Manager
    Contact Us: Monday - Friday from 6:00 am - 6:00 pm; Saturday from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
    (Receiving Office is closed on Sundays.)
    What We Do:
  • Coordinate all building deliveries and moves
  • Schedule & oversee freight elevator and loading dock reservations
  • Oversee loading dock operations and security
